Dec 3, 2012 - Mark sheets for both Lab 4 and 5 have been uploaded in to your repositories. Please view them ASAP and let Judi know by Thursday if there is anything to fix. I will be emailing out your marks in the course thus far at some point this week before the final on Friday.

Nov 18, 2012 - There will be no class November 26th or 29th. Tuesday November 27th will be the last class of the semester. Lab 5 part 2 is still on November 26th.

Nov 18, 2012 - As mentioned in email, please read all of the Lab 5 materials including the online tutorial, lab handout, and Lab slideshow.

Oct 28, 2012 - There will be no class next Monday and Tuesday (November 5,6). However, there will still be a Lab on Monday November 5th. The schedule page has been updated accordingly.

Oct 18, 2012 - Lab 3 is now online. The prelab is due Monday.

Sept 13, 2012 - Updated lecture slides from today including the material on the Dalvik OS. The Lab 1 Handout will be uploaded onto the website by tomorrow morning. The small prelab will be due in paper form at the beginning of the lab.

Sept 1, 2012 - There will be a optional, but recommend, C tutorial with Professor Dean at Monday September 10th at WLH 210 at 6:30PM.

Sept 1, 2012 - There will be a lab on the first day of classes, Monday September 10th at 10:30. It will include a quick Lab introduction and run through.

	Abraham Silberschatz,Peter Galvin,Greg Gagne, Operating System Concepts, 8th Edition, John Wiley & Sons. The 7th edition is acceptable. You must have a C reference manual of some sort.

Marking Scheme:
	3 Quizzes(24%) [1] 5 Labs (25%) Final (51%) Please Note: Final and all the Quizzes are closed book exams.

Notes:

The three quizzes are 20 minutes long, held at the beginning of class.
